Lyons v. Stephens and Stokes - Mr. Windeyer opened the pleadings. The declaration contained four counts, the first charged the defendants with having published a libel of and concerning his conduct as a member of the Patriotic Association; the second charged him with certain conduct at the Public Meeting held on the Race Course; the third and fourth, reflected upon his character as an auctioner
